Here’s how the entire process works:
01. Fill Out the Form
On our website, you’ll find a form where you need to provide basic details:
Gender, Age, Height and Weight (necessary data) – If the user enters any or incorrect data in any of the fields: gender, age, height or weight, the interpretation will be based on these inputs, which will lead to unreliable results. These details are critical because the system relies on them to tailor the interpretation accurately. Incorrect data can distort the analysis and result in recommendations that do not reflect the client’s actual health status.
Additional comments – You can add up to 500 characters of details to help improve the interpretation of your results.
02. Attach Your Test Results
You can upload your laboratory test results in the following formats:
PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC.
You can also attach photos of test results taken with your smartphone, provided they are legible.
Technical notes:
- The total size of all uploaded files cannot exceed 5 MB.
- The quality of the documents is crucial for accurate interpretation. If the uploaded documents are illegible, the system will display a warning.
- If incorrect documents are uploaded, the service fee is non-refundable.
03. Make a Payment
After completing the form and attaching your results, proceed to payment. All payments are securely processed using Stripe. The interpretation process begins only after payment is confirmed. In 99.9% of cases it lasts a minute or two.
04. Results Analysis
Once your payment is confirmed and your documents have been successfully uploaded, our system begins analyzing the test results. The process uses advanced algorithms to interpret your lab values based on your age, gender, height, and weight. The analysis identifies deviations from reference ranges and highlights possible health implications. This automated review ensures speed, accuracy, and consistency across all interpretations.
05. Receive the Interpretation
After the analysis is completed, and upon confirmation of payment and submission of the attached files and form data, you will receive link in form.
A detailed report of your test results – Including parameter explanations, reference ranges, and the significance of any deviations.
Recommendations – Related to diet, supplementation, lifestyle adjustments, and suggestions for further tests or health-supporting actions.
The report will be delivered as a secure download link. You will have 1 hour to download the report; after this time, all data will be permanently deleted. This system is designed to ensure the highest possible level of anonymization and data protection.
06. Data Security
After 1 hour from the delivery of the link to download the interpretation, your attached data for interpretation will be deleted. The results, form, additional details attached to the form will be automatically deleted after the interpretation is made. You can delete the data immediately after downloading the results analysis. The system does not store any information, ensuring full protection of your privacy.
